In the surface it looks the same, but there is one difference between them.
Weight
Chance
Number can be any integer.
It has to be 0-100.
Total amount of weight can be anything.
Total chances must be lower than 100.
One command among them is guaranteed to execute.
There is a chance that nothing gets executed.
